Goodbye - Poem by Monet Bell

My emotions and thoughts varied
As I went through this journey with you
You got yourself so wrapped up in the game
There couldn't be a me and you
Promiscuous is what you are
Monogamist it should be
You flirt, you fight, you play
Make love
With one
But the one wasn't me
Call me a fool
I call it the truth
Cuz it all came out to the light
You always bragged
And fussed about
How I'm not leaving you without a fight
Now I'm gone
Left with a mark
That can't be washed away
You lost a good thing
Had a good thing
But I guess it was just time to say
