Goodnight My Dear Angel - Poem by Michael P. McParland

Goodnight my dear Angel from heaven above
with a great big kiss and squeeze I say I love you
and I'll see you much sooner than later.
Then we'll spend every night together in bed
snuggling feeling total peace and comfort.
Complete at last with our hearts healed as one.

I'm send you in great abundance tons of
kisses and hugs with all my love and warmth.
Forever I will give you every last bit of my
energy, warmth, strength and peace because I
want you to have the greatest life and I'll
aid that and provide it in any way I can.
You are the one I will give anything and everything for.
You're my sweet Angel dove of yesterday, today, tomorrow,
and every day there after.

In the land of dreams tonight we shall meet
in our vast field of flowers holding each other
laying on a blanket this time under the moon and stars.
Just enjoying the light and silence with the
chirping of crickets holding each other so tight and close.
No cold to get in and nothing to disturb our peace.
So soon a needed reality my dear.

Goodnight my dear Angel I'll be holding you
stroking your hair and kissing your neck and cheek.
Just telling you I love you so much and miss you intensely,
I need my Queen to come and grab me fulfilling all
my aching needs, to be held, told I'm important and loved,
that I'm special and so very very handsome.
Words from you I've been dying to hear.
So many needs and our time will come I know,
I love you sweet lady and eternity with you is all I want.
