Too soon she feel in his trap
Too easily she got entangled in his web of lies
Now once again she sits alone and cries

Too soon she assumed this was more than what it was
Too soon she conjured something which was not
Now once again she sits alone and wonders why?

Too many times she told herself not to fall for the same game
Too many times she told herself don't let your heart betray you
Now once again she's left with a broken heart
