Heart Won'T Hold Back - Poem by tushawn white

Time waits for no one
And I can understand
You said what you needed
For you I will respect
But my heart won’t listen
When I am alone
It wants to see you
After everything you told
When I’m home I miss you
Because I want to kiss you
After all I really miss you
Not that you are missing
Like a old man kitchen
The food is a tradition
From power to pain
I will always be lame
Because you are my fame
People will tell you to breathe
The air they see fits
But the truth lies in the heart
Where the blood is my love
And the air is the relief
To think of me
Throw away the past
And come back
Because the longer you leave
The more unhealthy you will be
Don’t be depress of your mistake
Be happy for your decision
Because you grown to believe
That your word will be felt
Like heat in the winter
It warm to be heard
From the man that you loved
I shadow the new you
Because I believe I lose
A feeling for the heart
