Humane Mouse Trap Poem by Glen Kappy

Humane Mouse Trap

Rating: 5.0

That he gnawed some bags
and ate some food
there can be no dispute.

Nor that when released
to scamper off
the wee one looked so cute.

The rats and mouses are adept at gnawing sacks of grain! Yet they are cute, as you believe and have to be spared of cruel treatments.....!

yes. when i've had them in my kitchen they gnaw through bags on the counter. i just hate killing anything if i can avoid it. —who of us can create life? thank you, as always, valsa, for taking the time to read and comment. -glen

hey, bernard! hoping this finds you well. thank you for reading and commenting. i'm glad for these kinds of traps. though mice are no fun in one's house, they are pretty cute. i tend to side with them over our cat who, if he catches one, engages in a kind of extended cat play with the terrified creature. -glen
