Hypergraphia

I have just learnt a new word
Hypergraphia
An obsession with writing things
I may be afflicted
I write stuff
Can't seem to write enough
Sometimes i write consciously
Others subconsciously
These days i write poetry
It makes me feel better
Playing with alphabet letters
Should i be worried?

They say there is a link with epilepsy
I have never had an attack
No record as such.
What to do?
Doctor doctor?
In this lockdown?
'There is nothing to try to do, for whatever comes moment by moment is accepted. Including non acceptance'
What the hell!
Let me write a poem.
