I Am
I am the new generation in God
I wonder what it looks like in heaven
I hear the chariot coming down from the sky
I see the heavens open up
I want to see his face
I am the new generation in God

I pretend to be what I am not
I feel the weight being lifted off me
I touch his smooth face
I worry one day he might not love me
I cry because I know he will love me forever
I am the new generation in God

I understand the bible is true
I say god almighty
I try to be just like him
I hope that one day I can stand beside him
I am the new generation in God
