I am human! Hear me roar!

I once thought the same thing. But then I stopped to think that being human is all I know so might as well make the best of it. The human race is not perfect, and we are the only animal that kills for sport. I have spent my whole life showing others what accpetance, respect, love, and understanding are all about, but only a fewe were able to actually see what four words were all about. It seems as time goes on, we get deeper and deeper into ourselves, and don't seem to care about whether or not our neighbor is all right. This is a very lucid poem about the human condition, and if any of us had any sense we would stop at hate and turn it around. How does that line go? ? ? 'Hate your next door neighbor, but don't forget to say grace.' (Barry McGuire, Eve Of Destruction, DHL 4009,1965) . A 10+++++ Alex and thank you for sharing. Love & hugs, Barbara
