I Found A Poem - Poem by Kelly Kurt

I considered the sunset
While listening to the whitecaps
And thinking of home
I found a poem

I would guess that you, too, have found that there is more poetry in the ocean than water. Love this!

Some things seem hold more poetry than others, but there is poetry of some sort in everything. Thank you, Neal

Beauty always leads to a sweet home, where there is peace and a nice environment to write a poem. A wonderful short poem. (Report) Reply

I like a lot this poem. I hope I didnt misunderstood it, but I understood it as a poem about solitude and being near the sea when this is not one's home, and poet's home is a long way, instead. What I ignore is if the poet finds the poem written on some paper or else he extracts the imaginary poem from what he sees and is sorrounding him. (Report) Reply

Yes, despite (or perhaps because of) the beauty of the shore my mind was drawn to home and poetry. Perhaps one and the same
