I Hurt 4 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
I hurt my dear because I miss you bad.
I hurt my dear because you're mad at me.
I hurt and I want to talk to you
so all can be understood.
I hurt my dear because I love you so very much
and you're not here wrapped in my arms.
I hurt my dear and I'm throbbing deep inside.
I hurt because you're mad at me
and that twists my heart around in knots.
I love you dear and want to look you in the eyes,
I want to see your big bright smile and kiss you on the lips.
I love you Kira dear and I hurt
because you're not here and we aren't talking right now.
I hurt my darling dear because I miss you so damn bad.
