I Just Want To (Right Now) - Poem by Michael P. McParland
I just want to lay in bed and sleep with you
right now and through the entire night.
I don't mean sex though that desire for you
fills me up in every way there is.
Right now I just mean being in your arms
and us both feeling whole and loved
as we lay there in each others arms snuggling
with sweet soft kisses and soft caresses
on each others faces backs and on our arms.
I just want to lay my head next to yours
and sleep with the Angel to whom I belong.
Right now and through this night I just want
to feel your warmth and share mine with you.
I want to hear your sweet words as you
rest your head upon my chest and I stroke
your hair as well as rub your back.
I just want to sleep and snuggle with
the Angel to whom I give my life
and feel completely safe and loved truly
in my lady's arms for once and all.
I just want to hold and sleep with you right now.
I just want my Kira by my side because
I treasure you my sweet Angel bride.
Right now my Kira I just want to lay
with you so near and dear within my caring arms
and be within yours as well.
It's getting harder all the time without
my only love and I pray to God for your
heart to be calmed and feel all my love,
I pray to God that you'll talk to me soon
and to know I would never push you away or turn on you.
You are my love and you are my one
and I love you so much I just want to lay in bed
with you right now and fall asleep in true peace
in each others kind and caring loving arms.
