I Know - Poem by joann domres

i know..
.by Joann Domres on

.They tell you they love you,

they tell you they care.

deep inside its all so bare,

they come out running

with arms wide open, playing on your heart

and hoping i will believe..

behind my back is where it lies

the total truth deep in there eyes,

so totally cruel on a one hand rule,

im not suppossed to know,

how this cold world goes,

little do they know, i know my foes

my heart tells me how cruel it goes,

there is no one who truely cares,

its all a bunch of lies and there is no fear,

One day it will come and be all undone,

i will move on in stride and never down my pride,

or look at the ones who lied, you know who you are,

i thus need to go this far,

your playing my heart, and its tearing

me apart......
