Beautiful piece. Wrote just enough to make people think. Ignore the negative, you are brave to post something that's meant to disturb a persons sense of security and to face an issue that nearly everyone is afraid to face. (Report)Reply

Very controversial but with great insight, you must have some background knowledge of the effects of sexual abuse. It is shocking and sickening to read and thats why you've had the negative comments. However, I do believe this subject should be publicised more as people hiding away from the truth and becoming complicit makes this abuse even more rife.

    Absolutely Brilliant!

A sickness in the pit of my stomach is what i was left with when i read this poem.
This poem glorifies sexual abuse and incest. Victims need support and comfort not vile words like this.

A subject not only society but you should shy away from (Report)Reply

Agata, if we shy away from subjects that disturbs us, it will make it easier for those who commit such crimes to do what they enjoy. Staying silent when you see an injustice doesn't help anyone or anything, staying silent only make things worse.

to derek germain: you ask how could she have written this if it didnt happen to her?
you underestimate the power of the imagination, dude. if you could only write of what you experience, we wouldnt have as much to write about now would we? just something to think about..

i like the way you pulled this off, a horrible subject but it does bring to attention the fact that some who has been repeatly abused could feel like this. have you heard of the stockholm syndrome?
well done for addressing a subject society likes to shy away from

As tasteless as it is disgusting I can't imagine that anyone would feel this way about such an action, sexual abuse happens but the fault lies with the abuser and the victim wouldn't feel that way about you insult all the people whose lives have been torn apart by this action with this tasteless verse that you call poetry (Report)Reply
