I'M Still Standing Poem by Ti'ara D. Perry

I'M Still Standing

you tell me things to put me down
all you want is to see me frown
you say things that seems so cruel
to make me think that I'm a fool
you criticize me so deeply it hurts
but all it is, is twists and turns
she says this, he thinks that
I'm still standing, as a matter of a fact
who needs your words
when talk is cheap
I'm still standing
so you can take your seat
I'm not bowing down to you
or anyone else, who thinks i'm a fool
I'm a keep stang for me
so I can show you
who's the one to be
