I Miss You Poem by Brooke Luchich

I Miss You

Rating: 4.7

No matter what my mood you could always brighten my day,
When it came to making me smile or laugh you could always find a way.
I loved how we could sit and talk for hours just about ‘stuff’,
Not needing to do anything else just being with you was enough.
To be honest I miss you more than you could ever know,
To have you back there’s no limit as to how far I’d go.
When you held me in your arms I felt like nothing could hurt me,
You could always make me feel as safe as one person could be.
I’ll always love you and I promise that will remain forever true,
There’s no one in this world that could come close to replacing you.
So I just wanted to say sorry for all that has been said and done,
I guess I just wanted to live a little and have some fun.
I know I messed up and gave up someone who was always there,
I’m sorry for everything but baby just know that I still do care.
I wish I could change what happened between us two,
Then maybe there would still be a me and you.
