I Think I Lost My Wish - Poem by Mira Ilic

I think I lost my wish.

Fifteen minutes to catch a bus.
I eat a roll until trees and bushes and houses
run in opposite direction
What shell I do What shell I do
There is a book in my beg - 'The World According to Garp'
I squeeze sheets
Is that the proof of its existence?
One step more to the entrance...

I must not forget...
On my way back...
To pick up my heart from cleaning...

My first comment almost sounds like Irving also wrote Catcher. Sorry about that J.D. As cool as Irving is, I don't know if anyone is more cool than the beautiful recluse J. D. Salinger. (Report) Reply

Cool John Irving book. Do you dig Catcher In The Rye? (Report) Reply
