I Will Wait - Poem by Jr. Cuyam

I remember the look in your eyes
Your hair undone and your pretty sighs
On the table where I seated you
There, you seem so exhausted and blue

My head on your lap, ears on your belly
I heard your heart screaming silently
'Way, away from here you want to flee
Out of the town, to another country

Everything you said was inexplicit
Couldn't derive why you need an exit
'Til you're ready to unfold that secret
Here, with patience and pure love, I will wait.

Topic(s) of this poem: patience, waiting

There may be difference of opinion even in the hearts which are deeply immersed in love but the love is bound to prevail ultimately- sooner or later. Thanks, Dear Cuyam.
