If You Walk Away - Poem by Jessie Lima

Do you see that door?
It will set you free,
It will take you away from here,
From me.
If you walk away
I won't stop you like I did before
You've treated me like a whore.
Not anymore.

If you wanna go
Good for you love
See the table?
Bring with you all the pictures
Even the ones I don't know of.
If you walk away
I won't ask you to stay.
It is you life, your choice
Act like you don't hear my voice.

It is her fault.
Yeah, I know about her
But I loved you so much
So I acted like things were...
how can I say?
...Like before

Not anymore.
Please, walk away.
Now it is me who can't take it
Good-bye love
Go to her arms.
Don't touch me
It is hard enough this way!
