Imagery Of Nostalgia Poem by Joanna Kantharia

Imagery Of Nostalgia

Rating: 5.0

Ardent Dreams are flying around
Watching me play, silence surrounds
Holding them with eyebrows high
Wishing them a lifelong smile

Love passed by giving a naughty smirk
Insolent behavior scattered over the earth
Fair isn’t a word that describes the trial
Saddened my heart follows thy flights

Years have passed and I still hang around
Forgotten like a dew dropp that the morning brought
Remember I; all your passions so visibly
Like the hues of the season; gently erasing

Gestures hold; don’t pound on me
He took my dreams while I was asleep
Call him and ask him, where he veiled them
My playful mates, I so very much miss them…
