In A Little Yard... - Poem by JeanPierre Barakat

In a little yard up above
Beneath the clouds of snow
Lie the seeds of Love
Of the soul I came to know

Roses bloom in the April sun
Spreading fast in the field
A message that would yield
Tender arms for a young one

And every time it rains
Earth retains the scent
Of holy drops remains
Eternally reminiscent...
