Pursued Pest

In Its Core (.. Life Is So Much More Than This) - Poem by Pursued Pest

Wolves are curious, adventurers and shy (a true wolf! Not some lonely dark male, wallstreet shark broker, tough guy and similar sterotypes)
Drunk sailors already laughin (a metaphor for somebody far away in this case)
Waving bye bye..

A croocked woman with a crooked taste
Vendeta, she spat in my soup (fixation - No means No in my case too)
And yet she put a smile upon my face (confused, angry - Whats his problem? Is he gay or married or something?)

I thought we would jump

Jump of that bridge together
Hearts bond forever
Souls kept and given never
(as if we are still fifteen)

Acting stupid / Acting clever

Give it freedom

Don't ask for a reason
I'll spoil it all saying whatever

(do I barrow into youre purce?)

Never again. I just had other things on my mind.
It doesnt mean I didnt like her. Im just not into lionesses types.
Its ok. You are very atractive. Very. Very.

Can we work now?
Or I can hit the road?

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Ne znam reći tim oštrim (barem izvana kako se predstavi)ženama kaže ne? Kao da ne može podnjeti to. I svašta mi napravi.. Ja u životu nisam vidio biće koje govori istinu i samo istinu, so help me god

An insightful train of thought, well articulated and nicely penned in poetic diction with conviction. Love is a voyage of bliss, a spiritual experience that affects one profoundly. It is a voyage of pure bliss, wholeheartedly embarked upon by couples with natural mutual affinity for each other. Indeed, '...Life Is So Much More Than This... Thanks for sharing Sergej. It would seem you are plugging in this same comment to multiple pieces. Especially seeing as how you didn't even manage to get the poets name correct. I understand you want to promote your work Chinedu, but perhaps you'd be more successful if your comments were grounded in sincerity
