you’re always kind
we’re making love
most all the time
you’re always there
you always care
you wear your
sexy underwear

but in real life
you cause me strife
your words they cut
just like a knife
you never dance
or take a chance
you wear old lady
underpants

but in my dreams
it always seems
your beauty takes me
to extremes
your smile is great
you radiate
to all my needs
you can relate

when I awake
there’s no mistake
the thoughts I had
have all been fake
the same old scene
the same routine
the only spark
is from caffeine
