It is all laughter,
To you and them.

I know you mean - well,
So why does it hurt from - within?

On the outside - all seems - swell,
Knowing this abusive infliction - like sin.

No one knows us, our friends - our family, really.
On going it is - this thwarted silence
To-ing and fro-ing.

Time does not tell - how long it has been,
Or has it seen - what we have felt.

Failing to understand - listen - you will know.
Everyone has it - once.
Every few - cannot - run - from it.
Life alone - it's not fun.

Only one way out - that's not true
Knowing it - that's one, knowing others - that's two.
