Just Can'T Last Poem by Hope Wallin

Just Can'T Last

Rating: 2.3

The distance between us is small,
But it feels like miles.
I cannot even fake a good happy,
But I see you smile.
You clearly are having no problems,
But my heart has broke.
You feel no pain at all,
But inside, I choke.
The gap is getting wider, bigger, deeper,
And I fear it won't stop.
You speak to me once, then never again,
And my hopes I dropped.
You love her.
You love me.
You hate her.
You hate me.
I wish you could just pick a side
Before my heart starts to bust.
I wish you would just cut out my heart,
Before your blade starts to rust.
I'm losing all hope I had in you,
It's fading too fast.
So figure out where you stand with me,
Because my faith just can't last.

Erm. If I quote this, may I use it? It's really good, and it's exactly how I am feeling.
