Just The Start - Poem by Sophie Wheeler
Thoughts run through my head,
why don't I end it tonight.
Too much pain being caused,
just to survive another day.
Nothing good I feel alone,
nobody cares how I feel.
A fake smile appears,
because I don't want to waste my breath.
Times have changed,
Life's just not the same.
Everything's so hard,
I just wish I was a kid where everything was simple.
As I battle to live another day,
I get angry and confused.
Making it harder for me to live,
one day this pain has to end.
It's gone on for too long,
I thought things were coming together.
Then I realized,
this is just the start.
