Leave Me Bare - Poem by Anita Clark

So vunerable, eyes turn to ice,
So beautiful, I pay the price,
I'm ugly deep down I rot,
A total bitch - hey just you watch!

Everything strips me bare,
Everyone spares no care,
In the arms of you and I, - I drown.

Now all that I feel,
Is nothing now - nothing is real,
So fake this world - I choke

Steal from me, bleed me bare,
Love me like I care,
Just tell me, oh let me know...
Where my soul has drifted.
