Let It Rain - Poem by Lynzi Berner

It's been raining here alot

The clouds wont break
to reveal the sun
The tempature wont drop
to make it snow

just rain

I've been crawling through
the mud
Desperately trying not to
give up

Let it Rain!

Let the thunder crash
and the lightening strike
They will be the lights and music
of my determination

The rain's coming
in waves now
But I wont give up

I'll close my eyes
and fight to keep my grip
in the pouring rain

Even if it's all slipping
through my fingers
