Lets See How Much You Can Endure...

Poem by Shaun Cronick

Time to get my arse in gear!
Time to break out of my doldrums!
Time to write dark imagination!
Time enough for wickedness comes...

Time to write tomorrow night!
Time to upload something new!
Time to complete all loose ends!
Time for true darkness to debut...

Something wicked this way comes,
Late tomorrow night for dead sure.
And if by chance you should read,
Lets see how much you can endure...

Topic(s) of this poem: darkness, horror, motivation, murder, poems, wickedness, writings

A poignant poem yet beautifully written with
    great rhyme.
A versatile writer with the power of creativity and
imagination can venture on to the realm of
    darkness, fantasy and reality..
Shaun Cronick's pen can dwell brilliantly on these
    areas.
Congratulations , Shaun for a truly deserved accolade.(Report)Reply

Congratulations on your poem of the day Shaun...very well deserved! You possess a fine body of work sir. I like your deployment of anaphora for dramatic effect. Indeed, I''m truly tempted to read the ' wicked' work that was conceived from your ' dark imagination'. It's a 10 from me!(Report)Reply
