Life's Unfolding Lesson

Given the gift of poetry and rhyme,
I have decided to tell a small tale.
One seen all too frequently before,
so I shall not ye bore,
with all the minute details.

Growing up as a lass,
a few people've kicked my ass,
then ran off to share the bad scene.
Living life now is clean, in every means,
that I appreciate what it entails.

Giving it all unto Him.
Always believing, never a whim,
and relishing in the code.
That a believer's life, may cause us some strife,
But oh, what the fruit it unveils.
