Little Bird - Poem by Kyle Dever

a little bird sittin on the edge of reason
can you tell me how it used to be
you raise yoyur head high and spread your wings
to a land where you are free

oh little bird sittin on the clouds of dreams
what stories do you tell of thee
can love be seen or love be known
when kept for all eternity

How can you still be alone
when all the world thinks of you
And all the wonders to explore
You just sit there

and love is knockin at your door
Please open the door and let me in
who knows what you mite discover
a world where we are free..
