Lost - Poem by Prince Adeyoju Ademola

Alone i stand, just like before, ire with shore and sand, strength time devour. Deep down inside, the thought lingers, the thought of suicide, in my mind glitters. Day and night, I contemplate, to die or to fight, to stay or to be late. The love of food, has gone cold and damp, surely it is fools, that dwell in its trap. Im furiously chased, here and there, Life, full of deadly race. My soul is battered. Im moved by emotions, so unnatural, moved by thought so evil, yet, I nurse a notion, that things would be right.
