Love Note 119 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Almost noon my dear I wanted
to see how you were doing.
As always I'm right there holding
you ever so near to give you
all the peace and strength you'll
ever want and need,
feel all my loving warmth surround you
with the biggest hugs and kisses
to make you happy and fill you
with all my endless unconditional love.
You are so wonderful to me.
I'm out the door to do
a spot of shopping,
the kitties need food as do
I need a bit too.
All the while I'll be wishing you
were there with me to
enjoy your loving heart and company,
I miss it all the time
no matter where I am or go
I wish you were by my side
holding hands seeing your smile.
I feel your loving warmth and
spirit though and it gives me
and courage to keep on going.
I know soon enough you'll
be by my side forevermore
sharing our love for eternity.
I'll write you when I return
to tell you I'm okay
and that still and always
I love you and will
never leave or abandon my only one.
You're my hero, Angel, and best friend.
I'm yours in every way forevermore,
I give myself in full to you.
