Love You - Poem by Anup Prakash

Love, if true it lasts, won't doubt
It neither asks nor demands
Love, if pure it speaks only truth
It won't ever lie nor use sarcasm
True love never ends, it always wait
Never leaves, will not forsake
Pure love won't abandon, it stays
It endures, not a storm too great
A loving heart nurtures and protects
Never will it punish and castigate
A pure heart longs for happiness
Not for thyself but for the other
Love sees no limits, no end
It never tires, and won't ever run
Love in its true essence survives
Against adversity, against all odds
Unconditional love don't look back
It does not dwell in the past
Love do not reside on failures
It foresees, longs for better future
