Loving You Is Detrimenal Poem by Lone Ghost

Loving You Is Detrimenal

Loving you is detrimental
Loving you is self-destruction
Loving you is the biggest mistake
one can make

It's standing upon a pawn
Looking for a firm platform

It's plunging my head in water
Trying to breath ventilating air

It's laying over an anthill
In search of caressing hands

Why does it have to be this way?
Why is it not in such a way,

Loving you is nurturing,
Conscious construction,
my smartest choice,

The force to aid me to stand strong,
The wind that rubs my pain,
The hand that pats me in desperate moments and trials of blame?

I see...
So I can realize and see
That in love, I am immortal.

But in LOVE, not attachment.
