Lunch At Mel's
Oh, you should have been with us
As we visited Mel's Hard Luck Diner
The food was just spectacular
Why, it simply could not be finer
Sandwiches. soups and salads too
Textures and flavors so good
We knew when we walked in
It was instantly understood
On we went to other places
With Mel's still on our mind
But we had to move forward
New places we had to find!
