scary and upsetting but powerful. I don't know what poetry can capture the affliction psychiatric systems and mental hospitals sometimes cultivate in some people. (Report)Reply

    No one ever helped them
    deal with their pain
    they was just a face
    with no name

    Find the victims
ease their pain.....so touching and moving. This is a beautiful poem on mental hospital so touchingly delineated.

Very impacting and true. This is a great memorial to those who have suffered and an excellent indictment of those who exacerbate it. Art is often meant to imitate life, and this is a great and compassionate reflection on some of the darker parts of that journey. Keep writing! (Report)Reply

Never been to a mental hospital, but almost was admitted twice and this picture that you've painted has just heightened my unwillingness to set foot in one of those sad, lifeless places. Also, this poem reminds me of a song; Emily Haines - Doctor Blind. (Report)Reply

Thought provoking, the euthanasia argument is bogus, people need a choice to be able to die with dignity (Report)Reply
