Metamorphosis - Poem by Karnail Singh Heirwale

METAMORPHOSIS
Going around the taper
Delights me
Catching or not catching the light
Is not the question
The flame attracts
Or contracts
All my systems
Whatever systems they are
Reanimate my nerves
My veins my lungs my intestines
An awakening a reshaping a resurrection
Say all that is blood transfusion of sorts
More blank
More rank
More dank.
