Minor Lift; Major Fall Poem by Crystal Rose

Minor Lift; Major Fall

Rating: 4.5

Minor lift; major fall...
I don't know if you notice too,
But we don't talk as much as we used to..
I miss our story time, as dorky as it was;
It made my day, my secret little buzz..
You don't say 'I love you' enough,
Tbh you don't say it at all..
Even though I act like I don't care,
For you to do the same, isn't really fair..
You've stop giving me nicknames;
You've stop telling me how much you care;
Do you ever wonder if what we had was ever really there?
It's starting to hurt,
And this pain is real;
I don't mind it, really;
But I don't know if it will heal..
The excitement is gone,
What should we do?
Is it all ready time to say 'lets just move on'?
I guess I'll leave the ending up to you: /

Your poem is beautiful! The title is eye catching. Stresses and strains will be there in a relationship. The best is to be kind and broad, ignore the deficiencies of the partner and make it work. 'Even though I act like I don't care, For you to do the same, isn't really fair..' - You have expressed yourself well through these lines. That's a very polite way of expressing oneself. 'Do you ever wonder if what we had was ever really there? ' - If not he, you certainly do! 'Is it all ready time to say 'lets just move on'? I guess I'll leave the ending up to you: / ' - Nice!
