Mirror, mirror on the wall
Why do thee hang there, judging all?
With your precious golden frame
And darkened silver, reflecting blame

The pretty birds, they have no fault
Until they're caught in your shadowy vault
The lovely roses are pure perfection
Until you cast their thorny reflection
