Mirror Reflection - Poem by Lamar Taylor

Mirror reflections I hate you
Do you not know what you do?
You made me look like a criminal
Someone who always kills
That’s like trying to get a kid to eat spinach every meal
That’s not going to happen, see
Why do you throw all these nasty and harmful images at me?
What did I ever do to you?
It’s not between me and you
I’m a mirror and I reflect
And my reflections only reflect the truth
