Misery Loves Company - Poem by samantha sem

Who could ever forget that look in her eyes
Hate has broken loose in those clear blue eyes
And what was once so pure of gold will forever now be lost
All because of one mistake
all because you didn't love her

Don't ever look back
Live with your regrets but learn from the past
Don't ever turn around
You're only heading for heart aches
it's better to keep on walking down the line

Tear that page of your life if you want to
Or put a bookmark and cast it away till it rusts and fades
You can burn the book cause it's unbearable
Or you can sleep on it till you can feel the pain no more
