Missing My Sweet One - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Missing my sweet one so very much.
I miss the sweet woman that she is.
So beautiful and with a heart filled
with care and love I could feel just being near her
and it overwhelmed me with affection
and true love for this Angel.
I miss my sweet one and would give anything
to have her here and hold her.
I'm missing my sweet one who means so much
and I want to talk to because even
just by listening she made things better.
Knowing my sweet one was there to
pour out my heart to was always
happiness, love, and relief.
I miss her and her caring, loving,
helping soul being there.
I miss her because she means everything
and truly is so great.
I miss my sweet one that for eternity
I want to be with never parting ever again.
I'm missing my sweet Angel dove
for whom my heart has continued to beat
through many years to find
the life within our true love we've always dreamed.
I miss her deeply and want to hold her
just giving comfort and reassurance
that I'll always stick by her.
I want to just have her close
and feel the light of her soul and heart
as her smile brightest up my path of life.
I'm missing her because she's my sweet one
and I treasure her for the great woman that she is.
Just sitting here and missing my lady
who is so very good and sweet.
I hope she feels all the deep true love I send.
I want her to feel the peace knowing
I'm by her side hand in hand
to watch out for her in every way.
I want her to know that she's the one I adore.
I'm missing her because I love her
so very deeply as only someone in true love can.
She is treasure and Gods finest creation
that has ever walked this earth.
I'm missing her because she is so beautiful
and it hurts not being able to be close to her.
