Mistakes - Poem by Tereza Doanova

I made a mistake
I didn’t tell you not to forget you loved me
I made a mistake
I didn’t tell you not to forget you wanted me

I made a mistake
I believed we would be together forever
I made a mistake
I believed you’d come to me but apparently you’d never

I made a mistake
I should not trust you again
I made a mistake
So I’m disappointed again

I made too many mistakes
