Mon Amour - Poem by Tihom Lawragga

why do i love thee? let me try to reason.
i love thee for you have changed me
in a way i never imagined i could be.
i love thee for being with you takes me higher
to a place free from life's care.
i love thee for as i see, you are beautiful
in a way noone and nothing could ever be.
i love thee cause you are so pure,
i love thee cause you are my cure,
i love thee for you inspire me to be a better person
and you may not love me, for you have no reason.
i shall but always love thee
for you are everything, i want Mon amour to be.

(inspired by the poem 'how do i love thee..' by Elizabeth Barret Browning)
