Musician Girl - Poem by Ashleia Allena

Listen to this melody,
pay attention to the keys,
run fingers over ivory,
Musician girl,
so talented.

Let the notes fill your soul,
prepare to make your spirit whole,
let out the sweetest lull,
Musician girl,
so innocent.

Softly end your masterpiece,
say goodbye and simply cease,
for those in love with your melody,
Musician girl,
such a fantasy.
