Must Go On - Poem by Ranock Saing

Letting go of the pain
but memories will always remain
struggling for it to heal
a new problem of life reveals
Looking at the untouchable sky
I stand at my window and ask myself why
for the things I do not understand
as for a girl, I stand strong like a man
facing reality, I do not stay in the streets
Even someone is far gone
you must go on
everyone has at least one fear
that one fear will bring you the tears
no one has to see what you're going through
remember the only person you should trust is you
things tend to change day after day
goods friends can rapidly fade away
the more people you know
anger should be something easy for you to let go
success starts at being in school
not joining some gang because you think it's cool
in this world, there's always mountains to climb
all you have to do is accomplishing one thing at a time
don't think your friends betray you when they leave you behind
because you've been using drugs that messed up with your mind
the past will never depart
things you've done wrong will never leave your heart
never seek revenge for those who've done wrong
pain will only make you strong
though you can feel the pain and sorrow
yet you must live for a better tomorrow
nothing is easy to cope
all you need is hope
