My Best Friend
My best friend is tall, dark and handsome
His short, black, straight hair glistens in the sun
His beautiful brown eyes sparkle when he looks at me
His bright smile puts me in the spotlight
His ringing laugh makes me smile
His ear listens to my problems
His calm hand soothes me
His warm embrace protects me
He might be nuts and a little crazy
But my best friend is a part of me
