My Boots & Ronnie - Poem by Paul Elliott Price

Its been some months now
and your still here,
We're expecting a child
which is due next year,
You are my life
your the extra mile,
A boy or a girl
we both will smile,

You are tired a lot
but thats all ok,
You feel down so much
and you know i will stay,
Being pregnant is hard
it makes you feel ill,
Come what may
i will love you still,

We are having a boy
all is great and we're happy,
I have no qualms
with changing his nappy,
If we were scottish
i would call you bonnie,
This poems for you
my boots and son ronnie, .
