Butterflies In My Belly Forever
My Bruver - Poem by Butterflies In My Belly Forever
My bruver is my bruver he has always been,
No matter where life has taken us,
We've always been friends.
We can say you really did a crappy thing,
But we are brother and sister,
We love eachother through everything.
Sometimes life has made us strangers,
Sometimes lives have been in danger.
Bad mistakes made by me and him,
Life's tragedies kicking our chins.
Still we stick together thru and thru,
Our kids I hope keep close,
That I never want to lose.
My bruver is funny and makes me laugh...
He does this dance and gets this goofy grin,
And although he is a man,
I'm reminded of him as a kid.
Laughing and laughing I get a peek,
A peek of my bruver, a peek so sweet.
