My Dog - Poem by Phil Willmott

My dog just died
just gone.
I loved him now the song
has gone.

He loved me
right or wrong
now he is gone
and I have lost him
and his song is gone.

Men sometimes betray their friends, but dogs are faithful till death. Your poem reminded me of my dog that died. Good work. (Report)Reply
